Returns & Refunds Policy

At Celebration Kraft, every product is handcrafted and quality-checked before it leaves our studio. Because of the delicate, handmade nature of our products, we follow a strict unboxing-video policy for all refund and replacement claims.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory
A clear, unedited video of the package being opened for the first time is compulsory for any refund or damage claim. The video must start before the parcel is opened and show the product being unpacked without any cuts or pauses.

Without a valid, unedited opening video, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request.

When a Refund Applies
- If the product is found broken, damaged, or defective in the unboxing video itself (i.e., it was already damaged when the box was opened), we will process a refund for that product.

When a Refund Does NOT Apply
- No exchange and no refund will be provided if the product is damaged, broken, or altered after the box has been opened and the unboxing video has ended.
- No refund for issues not visible or not captured in the unboxing video.
- No refund for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or minor natural variation in gemstone colour/pattern (natural crystals vary piece to piece — this is not a defect).
- No refund once the product has been worn, used, or the thread/cord has been cut or tied.

How to Claim
1. Record the unboxing video as described above.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 90537 04751) or email (celebrationkraft@gmail.com) with your order number and the unboxing video attached.
3. Our team will review the video and confirm the refund/replacement within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
