About Us
Celebration Kraft is a handcrafted Indian gifting studio, founded by Rashina Jain in 2013, specialising in crystal rakhis, mandir decor, potli bags, and festive gift hampers, handmade in India.

Products
- All crystals used are 100% genuine, natural gemstones. Minor variations in colour, size, and pattern are natural characteristics of real crystals, not defects.
- Product images are for representation; actual handcrafted pieces may vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time.

Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our checkout (card, UPI, net banking, or wallets, powered by Shopify Payments/our payment gateway).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — in which case a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds
- See our Returns & Refunds Policy. An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.

Intellectual Property

Bulk & Custom Orders
- Bulk and corporate orders are subject to a separate agreement on quantity, pricing, timelines, and customisation, confirmed in writing before production begins.

Limitation of Liability
- Celebration Kraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.

Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Celebration Kraft is registered.

Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
