Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship pan-India.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. Orders below this amount may incur a shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Orders are handcrafted and gift-wrapped before dispatch; please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Standard delivery timelines apply based on your pin code and courier serviceability; estimated delivery is shown at checkout.
- Ahead of Raksha Bandhan and other festive dates, we recommend ordering early — festive-season orders are shipped in time to arrive before the occasion, subject to placing your order within our published cut-off dates.

International Shipping
- We currently ship to USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, UAE, New Zealand, Malaysia, and other select countries on request.
- Estimated delivery: 12–30 days depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier serviceability.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking
