Ordering gifts for 20, 100 or 500 people does not have to be stressful. If you know the steps, you can go from idea to delivery smoothly. This is the process we follow with companies, shops and families who order from us.
Quick answer
- Decide the number of gifts and the budget per gift first.
- Choose the product, then send us your brief on WhatsApp: quantity, date, cities, logo and message.
- We reply with a quote. Bulk order discounts are available.
- Order early, because handcrafted gifts take time to make, pack and ship.
The 7 steps to a smooth bulk order
Step by step
- Decide how many gifts you need. Count clients, partners and team members separately. Add a few extra for last-minute names.
- Set a budget per gift. One number for each group keeps the plan simple.
- Pick the gift. Choose by budget and by who receives it. See our ideas for Diwali corporate gifts, gifts under ₹1,000 and premium client gifts.
- Share your branding. Send your logo and a short message if you want them on the gift or on a card.
- Get a quote. Tell us the product, quantity and date. Bulk order discounts are available.
- Confirm the delivery plan. Tell us if gifts go to one office or to many addresses and cities.
- Approve and dispatch. Once you confirm details and payment, we make, pack and ship your order.

Handcrafted gifts take time to make, pack and ship. For festivals like Diwali, which falls on 8 November 2026, the weeks before the festival are the busiest. Message us as early as you can, and we will tell you honestly what is possible for your date and quantity.
