## Ordering & Payment
- **How do I place an order?** Simply add the items you love to your cart and follow the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete.
- **What payment methods do you accept?** We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking and popular wallets.
- **Can I customise a product?** Many of our pieces can be customised (colour, embroidery or wording). Contact us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
## Shipping & Delivery
- **Do you ship internationally?** Yes. We ship across India and worldwide. Delivery times and charges will vary based on your location.
- **How can I track my order?** Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.
## Returns & Exchanges
- **What is your return policy?** Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
- **What if my item arrives damaged?** We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- **Can I cancel or modify my order?** Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
