## Processing Time
- Orders are handcrafted and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time; we will notify you via email.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
## Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- **Domestic (India):** We offer standard and express shipping options. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for standard and 1–3 business days for express. Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- **International:** Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Charges vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
## Packaging & Tracking
- All products are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items include extra cushioning.
- When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
## Delays & Address Changes
- Delivery delays can occur during high‑volume periods (festivals, holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
## Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within **7 days** of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Customised or personalised items, perishable items, and sale/clearance products are **non‑returnable** unless damaged or defective.
## Initiating a Return

2. Our team will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorisation number.
3. Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
## Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product (subject to availability) once the original item is returned.
- If your return is not approved, we will notify you and can ship the item back to you at your expense.
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
